دعم تنفيذ 14 مبادرة مجتمعية ضمن مشروع "تعزيز أدوار المنظمات غير الحكومية في التنمية المستدامة والعمل المناخي" – تمكين مستدام:
في إطار تنفيذ أنشطة مشروع "تعزيز أدوار المنظمات غير الحكومية في التنمية المستدامة والعمل المناخي" – تمكين مستدام الممول من الاتحاد الأوروبي، وبالشراكة مع مؤسسة مصر الخير، تم تنفيذ نشاط دعم المبادرات المجتمعية عبر الجمعيات القاعدية في المحافظات المستهدفة، وذلك وفقاً للدليل الإجرائي المعتمد للمشروع.
وقد تقدمت 18 جمعية قاعدية في محافظات الفيوم – بني سويف – الأقصر – أسوان بمقترحات لمبادرات مجتمعية في مجالات التنمية المستدامة والعمل المناخي، استنادًا إلى نتائج دراسة الوصف البيئي والاجتماعي والاقتصادي التي تم تنفيذها في المحافظات الأربع المستهدفة.
وبعد الانتهاء من مراحل الفرز والتقييم الفني، ووفقًا لمعايير الدليل (الملاءمة لأهداف المشروع، الابتكار، المنهجية التشاركية، نوع وحجم المستفيدين، والاستدامة)، تم اختيار 14 مبادرة مجتمعية للتنفيذ على مستوى المحافظات.
وتتولى الجمعيات القاعدية تنفيذ المبادرات المجتمعية داخل نطاق عملها بالمحافظات، بينما تقوم الجمعيات الشريكة بمتابعة التنفيذ وتقديم الدعم الفني لضمان جودة التدخلات، وذلك تحت الإشراف المباشر من مؤسسة مصر الخير لضمان الالتزام بالمعايير وتحقيق أفضل نتائج ممكنة.
الجمعيات الشريكة بالمحافظات الأربع:
1) جمعية بادر للتنمية المستدامة – الفيوم
2) مؤسسة نهضة بني سويف – بني سويف
3) الجمعية الخيرية الإسلامية بنجع الدار – الأقصر
4) مؤسسة مصريين بلا حدود للتنمية – أسوان
ويأتي تنفيذ هذه المبادرات في إطار تعزيز مبادئ الشفافية والحوكمة الفاعلة، ودعم الدور الحيوي لمنظمات المجتمع المدني في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة والعمل المناخي داخل المجتمعات المحلية.
كما تسهم المبادرات المختارة بشكل مباشر في تحقيق أهداف مشروع تمكين مستدام، من خلال تعزيز قدرات المنظمات الأهلية وتمكينها من تنفيذ تدخلات تنموية ومناخية فعّالة تُلبي أولويات المجتمعات المحلية، وتدعم استدامة الأثر التنموي والمناخي للمشروع.
Supporting the Implementation of 14 Community Initiatives under the “Strengthening the Roles of NGOs for Sustainable Development and Climate Action” Project :
In alignment with the objectives of the “Strengthening the Roles of NGOs for Sustainable Development and Climate Action” project , funded by the European Union and implemented in partnership with Misr El Kheir Foundation, fourteen community initiatives have been selected for implementation across four governorates: Fayoum, Beni Suef, Luxor, and Aswan.
This milestone follows a comprehensive process in which 18 grassroots associations submitted proposals grounded in the findings of the Environmental, Social, and Economic Assessment Study conducted in the target areas.
After undergoing stringent screening and technical evaluation—based on criteria including relevance, innovation, participatory design, beneficiary reach, and sustainability—14 initiatives were approved for implementation.
These initiatives will be executed by grassroots associations within their local communities, while partner organizations will oversee implementation and provide technical support to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Supervision will be conducted directly by Misr El Kheir Foundation to ensure compliance with project standards and to optimize the developmental and climate-related impact.
Partner Organizations Across the Four Governorates:
• Bader Association for Sustainable Development – Fayoum
• Nahdet Beni Suef Foundation – Beni Suef
• The Islamic Charity Association in Nag El-Dar – Luxor
• Egyptians Without Borders Foundation for Development – Aswan
The implementation of these initiatives reflects a strong commitment to transparency, accountability, and effective governance, while reinforcing the critical role of civil society organizations in advancing sustainable development and climate action at the local level.
Through these efforts, the Tamkeen Mostadam project continues to strengthen the institutional capacities of NGOs, enabling them to design and deliver impactful, evidence-based interventions that address community priorities and foster long-term sustainability.
